PM Dr. Abiy Ahmed met with a National Committee framed to organize the exercises and commitment of Ethiopian Athletes in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
The board of trustees advised the Prime Minister on the arrangements in progress to send Ethiopian competitors off as well as to guarantee they return triumphant.
The Prime Minister said on Twitter that "I am glad to have met with our National Olympic Committee to talk about their arrangements and exercises prompting the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo."
"Our competitors and athletes/ladies are our national pride. I call upon all Ethiopians to help the activities arranged by the National Olympic Committee," he included. The Japanese capital will have the occasion from 24 July to 9 August 2020.
An expected 600,000 abroad guests are relied upon to run to the Japanese capital and encompassing districts to go to the Game. It will be held across nine prefectures, with the lion's share occurring in two regions of Tokyo: the Heritage Zone and Tokyo Bay Zone.
